Float Trips

I provide a choice of two specialized boats designed to customize your trip.

Spend the day on the river in a Western Style Drift Boat. A very comfortable boat designed for maneuverability and stealth in rivers. This boat accommodates one or two anglers and the guide.

The Fish

Muskellunge (Musky) - experience the challenge and thrill of river musky. Choose fly or light tackle. The rivers I fish are generally hard to access, can’t be run with conventional boats and have good fish populations. Fish average mid- 30 to mid-40 inch range with potential to 50 inches.

Some difficult to access rivers require the use of our Jet Drive Flat Bottom Boat. Fitted with a 4-stroke tiller jet- drive outboard, this boat is stable and roomy. This boat accommodates one or two anglers and the guide.

The Fish

Smallmouth Bass - Fish the explosive and acrobatic river smallmouth on fly or top-water spin. Cast around tree and rock structure while drifting. Fish average 14 to 17 inches with potential to 20 inches.

Trips Include:

• Quality Equipment - top quality rods, reels and tackle (including flies) or bring your own. • Beverage and snacks. • Client pick-up and drop-off if desired. • I will contact you several days before the trip to discuss details.
